If you are having trouble with NU-CONcept products the odds are high that there may be a misunderstanding regarding how to use the product. We pride ourself on customer support, so while it is likely that you will be sucessful if you practice a little, please feel free to eMail NU-CONcept for advice because both Juice and Luminous products are easy to use once you get the knack.

NOTE: As noted on my web site, both Juice and Luminous are variations of "Shade" technology. The marks should appear as shadows on the cards. Juice requires more practice than luminous because the luminous filter (sunglasses or contact lenses) does most of the work when reading the marks. In either case, you should be able to make the Juice Or Luminous "Shade" marks look like deceptive shadows on your cards with very little practice.

NU-CONcept is the largest internet supplier of marked card solutions / formulas. We have always specialized in providing the magic community with the finest and easiest to use "shade" products to manufacture marked cards available today. All NU-CONcept products are guaranteed to work and perform as advertised.

In the unlikely event, that you have any problem or questions regarding the use of any NU-CONcept products simply eMail your question to us. If you are located in the continental United States, you also have the option of eMailing NU-CONcept your phone number, along with the best time to call (include time zone), and we will provide phone support at no additional cost to you.

It is rare that your problem cannot be resolved via phone, video conference or in person (for local people). But should this situation occur, then simply return the "entire solution kit (*)" within 30 days of the original solution's ship date (assuming it is still in new condition).

Note: Restocking fees are high mainly because NU-CONcept wants people to avoid selling to people who buy, simply to learn the secret and return it once the secret, tactics and methods are known. NU-CONcept also will never resell returned products, so the entire returned item is a loss.

NU-CONcept Luminous or Juice markers:

NU-CONcept will withhold a $62.50 restocking fee per marker. (This matches the restocking fee that our main competitor charges for their marked card solutions.). This fee also covers the large amount of intellectual property received simply by reading NU-CONcept's 21 - 36 page manual and 100 MByte instructional video CD, which include instructions, tips, ideas and color photographs for clarity on how to mark and read "shade" marked cards as well as open and re-seal a card case. Finally, I will not resell used markers, so any returned markers are a complete loss to me.

Luminous Enhancing Sunglasses and/or Juice Enhancing Sunglasses are subject to a $20 restocking fee each, assuming the sunglasses are in "new" condition.

Daub and Juice Dust products:

Daub/paste and Juice Dust products are not refundable, because I have no way of telling if the product was significantly used or tampered with. Since each container or pouch will be able to mark 30-50+ decks, NU-CONcept has no way of knowing if the customer marked several of his own decks and is returning the remainder of the product.

Ultra-Luminous:

Since NU-CONcept simply acts as the "middleman" for this product set, those people who purchase Ultra-Luminous sunglasses, solution or dust/daub will be dealing directly with the inventor or the product. No refunds are available from NU-CONcept for Ultra-luminous products since you will be paying the inventor and not NU-CONcept for this very "high end" product. If you would like NU-CONcept will act as intermediary for any potential refund for Ultra-Luminous products.

Video-Luminous Camera Systems and Photon Ray table:

All video camera products are not refundable. However, if a component does fail within the first 6 months of use, then NU-CONcept will replace or repair the component free of charge. Since nothing can break with the Video Luminous solution or daub/dust, these products are not refundable at all because I can not tell how much has been used or tampered with.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

(*) - All returns MUST contain the "entire kit" including (marker, daub or dust), instruction manual, video CD, filter gimmick, artists brush or marker, cardboard filtered glasses, sample card(s), etc.)
